Beat the VAT Man!
On January 4th 2011, the rate of VAT will increase from 17.5% to 20% as anounced by the Government in the Emergency Budget. If you are planning to have electrical work undertaken, in order to beat the VAT increases, it is recommended that it is scheduled to be completed prior to the above date.

At ECS Electrical, we understand that, even if planned, electrical work represents a significant cost and the money isn't always available.
In order to recognise this, ECS Electrical will absorb the VAT increase for any work booked by the 4th January 2011, potentially saving you hundreds of pounds on a complete rewire! As long as the work has been booked by this date, regardless of when it is scheduled to be undertaken, we will ensure that the price remains unaffected by the change in VAT.
